We ensure that every step of the process is being done correctly from the initial computer design to the finished product being sent off to your job site. Here’s a look into our wall panel design process: 

  1. First, we’ll talk with you about blueprint plans, whether they’re in PDF format, emails, or virtual plan rooms, to create an estimate. This is done through our high-tech estimating and design software, so you’ll know if the price will exceed or stay within your budget. 
  1. Now, we can start designing your wall panels. We do this in our software program so we can solve any issues early on. If something doesn’t look quite right, we’ll contact you rather than just making a decision ourselves. After completing the design in the computer, we’ll send it over to the field personnel, who will then plot the plans on weatherproof paper that won’t get ruined by precipitation.  
  1. It’s time to start creating your wall panels! These are produced in our new 16,000 sq. ft. facility, which has the room for our high-tech framing equipment. Our computer-controlled stations and laser-guided bridges ensure that you’re getting the exact dimensions you need. Once sheathing is added, it’s time for a final quality check. We make sure that only the finest material is used for your project, and all panels are checked by quality control personnel to make sure that there are no defects.  
  1. Lastly, we prep for delivery. Wall panels are bundled in the order of when they’ll be used during construction, eliminating confusion and the mess of products laying all around the job site. If you have limited space at the site, we can also arrange wall panels to be delivered on an as-needed basis.
