Our flexible and efficient space can run up to three full production lines and one special projects line during the busy season! With computer-controlled stations, laser-guided bridges, and experienced, hands-on knowledge, we produce the best wall panels in the Twin Cities.
The EdgeBuilder process is broken down into four, easy-to-understand steps.
Step 1: Design
Our precision begins from the start when we receive exact plans and specifications for design accuracy.
Step 2: Cutting
Our Hundegger Speed-Cut SC1 cuts and labels the parts for the assembly.
Step 3: Assembly
Our craftsmen have screens overhead that let them visualize each wall panel, and each panel obtains the appropriately labeled parts for assembly. Panels receive a final quality check at the end.
Step 4: Delivery
Bundled wall panels are stacked on a truck and shipped to your site in the order you prefer. EdgeBuilder provides plans with the panels in order of set sequence.
